The Barbados Light & Power Company Limited will offer a settlement for damage to a customer’s electrical equipment due to failure, negligence or omission on the secondary distribution circuit up to the Company’s service point, which would result in a voltage outside of the acceptable limits (click here to find out more).
To make a report click HERE, call 626-4300 or e-mail us at email@example.com. You would need the following information when making a claim:
- Item(s) damaged
- Date and time of damage if available
- Any circumstances surrounding event that caused the damage, e.g. power outage, line crews in the area, truck visited to correct a problem at the service, etc.
